To create a SOLIDWORKS PCB Services Status Report, follow these steps:

• Run the 'SOLIDWORKS PCB Services Status Report' shortcut from the Windows 'Start' menu, or double-click the 'AltiumVaultStatusReport.exe' file. The default location of this file is: C:Program FilesSOLIDWORKS CorpSOLIDWORKS PCB ServicesStatusReportTool
  

• Select the option 'I agree to share this data with DS SOLIDWORKS Corp.'
  

• Click on 'Collect the information.'
  

• Specify a name for the report file and the location in which you want to save it.
  

The report includes the following information:

• Internet Information Services (IIS) information
  

• SOLIDWORKS PCB Services logs
  

• Data Provider information
  

• .NET Framework configuration
  

• Windows Events that relate to IIS
  

• Windows configuration and list of installed software
